英特格 流体处理配件

英特格(Entegris)各种流体处理配件，可用于超纯和腐蚀性化学制程。 配件包括吸气器，PFA紧固件，表压保护器，热交换器和许多喷雾产品。

• Heat Exchangers
  The pHasor® X heat exchanger provides maximum heat transfer for process chemicals while preserving absolute fluid purity. It is ideal where controlled fluid temperature is desired or fluid temperature must be to the point of use.


• Gauge Protectors
  Our Gauge Protectors isolate harmful media from sensitive gauges. They prevent corrosive liquids or slurries from coming in contact with gauges and clogging or corroding the gauges. Available with and without the gauge. An in-line version with a flow-through design is also available.


• Spray Products
  Learn more about our reliable, DI water and nitrogen spray guns, recirculating DI water spray guns, spray nozzles and accessories. The all-PFA wetted construction makes each spray gun suitable for ultrapure or corrosive fluids.


• Aspirators
  Rely on our Galtek® aspirators for extracting and/or diluting fluids from chemical tanks. The PFA construction provides corrosion-resistance in your demanding applications.


• Fasteners
  We offer various flat head and hex head fasteners, and hex nuts for use throughout your fab. Made from high-purity, corrosion-resistant PFA material, these fasteners are ideal for securing or mounting valves, controls, panels and fabricated products in chemical applications.
